Regency is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to organize and oversee operations of the RN/LPN department. This individual will oversee the delivery of quality care and services to all patients and develop and maintain positive employee communication relationships. Additionally, this individual is required to retain, supervise, and train team members. Training will be in accordance with agency policies/procedures, current federal and state local standards, guidelines and regulations.
